My Journey to QHHT

For as long as I can remember, there has been a question quietly living inside me: Why am I here?

I have always felt drawn toward a life of service. I wanted to do something meaningful—to make a genuine difference in other people’s lives—but I did not yet know what that would look like.

For many years, I thought the answer might be found in healthcare. I once hoped to become a nurse, but life took me in a different direction, and I went on to study Public Health. I genuinely enjoyed learning about health and the human body, and my desire to contribute to people’s well-being remained with me.

I later hoped to pursue a Master’s degree in Public Health in the United States. Although I was accepted into a university, my visa was denied. Some time afterward, I moved to Canada and enrolled in a postgraduate research program.

At the time, these experiences often felt like disappointments or detours. Looking back, I see them differently. Each one shaped my questions, widened my perspective, and gradually led me toward something I could not yet see.

As my understanding of health and healing grew, so did my curiosity. I began exploring traditional and energetic approaches to well-being and completed both the Basic and Advanced Pranic Healing courses, becoming a certified Pranic Healer. While I have not practiced Pranic Healing professionally, it has been an important part of my personal journey, and I continue to use it for my own well-being and self-care. This experience expanded my understanding of healing and led me to explore deeper questions about consciousness and human experience.

Then I discovered the work of Dolores Cannon.

I first came across her through YouTube, listening to her talks about the Higher Self, healing, consciousness, QHHT, and the possibilities of human experience. The more I listened, the more curious I became.

I eventually read Five Lives Remembered and A Soul Remembers Hiroshima, and I was deeply moved by what I encountered in those books. They introduced me to ideas about consciousness and existence that I had never explored so deeply before.

In February 2023, I first learned about the QHHT Level 1 course. I did not enroll right away, but the idea stayed with me.

Later, I discovered that the two books I had already felt drawn to were among the reference materials for the QHHT Level 1 training. It felt like one of those quiet moments when different parts of life begin to come together. I wondered whether encountering those books beforehand had helped prepare me for the course.

Later that year, a conversation with a friend brought QHHT back into my thoughts. This time, I decided to follow that feeling and enrolled in the Level 1 training.

Something changed.

I found myself studying for hours—not because I had to, but because I genuinely wanted to. I felt happy, light, and deeply engaged. There was a feeling I can only describe as:

“It finally makes sense.”

The work felt deeply meaningful to me, and I could imagine continuing to learn about it for many years. At times, it felt as though I was reconnecting with something that already resonated within me.

More importantly, I began to see how this work might allow me to do what I had wanted to do for so long: make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

After completing Level 1 and Level 2, something inside me became quieter. I no longer felt that I had to constantly search for my purpose or have every detail of my life figured out.

Instead, I felt that I had found a path that deeply resonated with me.

That realization allowed me to stop chasing purpose and focus more fully on learning, growing, and allowing life to unfold. Even experiences that seem to take me away from my path can now be met with greater curiosity. They may be offering lessons, perspective, or preparation for something I cannot yet see.

That is where I am today.

I am still at the beginning of my journey as a QHHT practitioner. There is much more for me to learn, experience, and understand, and I do not pretend to have all the answers.

In fact, that is one of the things I value most about this work.

I do not see myself as someone who gives you the answers. I see myself as a facilitator.

My role is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, listen inward, and explore parts of yourself that may have become difficult to hear amid the noise of everyday life.

You may come with questions about your purpose, relationships, recurring patterns, past experiences, spiritual beliefs, major life changes, or simply a feeling that there is something more you would like to understand.

Whatever brings you here, you do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.

I will listen without judgment, remain present with you, and support you as you explore your own experience. I will not tell you what your answers should be or impose my interpretation on your journey. Instead, I will help hold the space for you to discover what feels meaningful and true for you.

Perhaps the answers you are searching for have been within you all along, simply waiting to be heard.

If, through our time together, you feel more heard, more seen, a little lighter, or simply more at peace with your own journey, that would mean a great deal to me.

My own journey has taught me that we do not always need to understand where every step is taking us. Sometimes, we simply need to take the next step.

And sometimes, what appears to be a detour can offer something valuable and quietly prepare us for a new direction.

If you feel curious about exploring your inner world, I would be honored to walk beside you for part of that journey.

With love and light,
